Hi, I’m Sparks.
In 2011, I convinced my dad to take me on my first-ever backpacking trip. I fell in love with it. In 2023, I took on my biggest adventure yet: to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail.
As a woman, I’ve never felt more empowered than when I’m miles away from civilization, cowboy camping under the stars. It became my passion to help other women find this same freedom.
And so Sparks Hikes Mountains was born.
